What You'll Do This is a hands-on payroll and accounting position where you'll have exposure to both U.S. and international operations . You'll be responsible for: Managing and processing payroll for employees in the U.S. and internationally. Ensuring payroll is completed accurately and on time. Preparing payroll-related journal entries and account reconciliations . Reconciling payroll activity to the general ledger. Reviewing payroll reports and researching discrepancies. Managing payroll deductions, taxes, benefits, garnishments, and retirement-related activity. Maintaining accurate payroll records and supporting documentation. Assisting with payroll-related audits and compliance requirements. Working with employees and internal teams to answer payroll questions and resolve issues. Partnering with outside payroll providers when necessary. Helping improve payroll processes, controls, and reporting. Assisting with weekly, monthly, quarterly, and year-end payroll activities. Working closely with Accounting, Finance, and Human Resources. What They're Looking For Approximately 4-6 years of payroll and/or payroll accounting experience . Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience working with ADP is highly desirable. International payroll exposure is a plus. Understanding of payroll-related journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger accounting . Good Excel skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to handle confidential information professionally. Someone organized who can manage multiple deadlines. Strong communication skills and a collaborative personality. Someone who enjoys being part of a team and providing great internal customer service.
