Day Remote Salary:

Up to $150,000 CFS is partnering with a growing construction-focused organization seeking an experienced Project Controller to join its finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional with strong project accounting, job costing, and construction industry experience. Responsibilities Oversee the financial management of multiple construction projects Maintain and analyze project budgets, forecasts, and cost reports Prepare and review Work-in-Progress (WIP) schedules Monitor job costing and track project profitability Partner with project managers to evaluate project performance and financial results Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting Review contract billing, change orders, and revenue recognition Support month-end close activities, reconciliations, and project accruals Identify financial risks and provide recommendations to improve project outcomes Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 5+ years of accounting or finance experience within the construction industry Strong experience with WIP reporting , job costing, and project accounting Understanding of percentage-of-completion accounting and construction financial reporting Advanced Excel skills Experience working closely with project managers and operations teams Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills Compensation & Benefits Salary up to $150,000 Hybrid schedule with 4 days onsite Comprehensive benefits package Stable, growing organization with strong leadership Opportunity for long-term career growth If you have a background in construction accounting and expertise in WIP schedules, job costing, and project financial management, apply through CFS for confidential consideration for this Project Controller opportunity. #LI-JK3 #
