Property Accountant

Property Accounting Associate Charleston, SC (Hybrid) Direct Hire | $50,000 Salary We are seeking a detail-oriented Property Accounting Associate to support day-to-day accounting operations for a portfolio of properties. This hybrid direct hire opportunity is based in Charleston, SC and offers the chance to join a collaborative accounting team in a growing environment. This role is responsible for supporting property-level accounting activities including accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, tenant ledger maintenance, reporting preparation, and monthly close support. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, accurate, and comfortable working within accounting systems and managing large volumes of financial data.
