Job Description

Job Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented Reconciliation Specialist to support account reconciliation functions within a fast-paced financial services environment. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in Excel, comfortable working with financial data, and able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities
  • Reconcile assigned branch investment accounts accurately and within established timeframes.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to identify and resolve reconciliation discrepancies.
  • Review and reconcile bank statements, and transaction records to ensure accuracy and completeness across financial reporting periods.
  • Assist with internal and external audit preparations by organizing supporting documentation, reconciling discrepancies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required. Exposure to investments or financial services a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Clear written and verbal communication skills.
