Senior Accountant HYBRID(3 days in office)/
Baltimore County Compensation:
$90,000–$95,000 base salary + bonus potential About the Role We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our client, a privately-held management company and family office in Baltimore County. This hybrid Senior Accountant will work directly with executive leadership, gain broad GL and tax exposure, and help modernize a long-established organization.

Key Responsibilities for the
Senior Accountant:
Own key components of month-end close, journal entries, and reconciliations
Perform investment and general ledger accounting across multiple entities
Prepare and support individual, partnership, trust, and corporate tax filings
Generate and manage K-1s and related compliance activities Qualifications for the
Senior Accountant:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
3–5+ years of accounting experience
Hands-on experience with individual or partnership tax returns preferred
Strong understanding of GL accounting and month-end close processes #LI-JG1 #
