Overview We are seeking a Senior Accountant with a strong background in construction accounting, job costing, and WIP reporting. This is a great opportunity for an accounting professional who is comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment, handling financial reporting and month-end close responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage month-end accounting and financial reporting for assigned business units. Prepare and analyze WIP, project costs, forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis. Prepare journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations. Review financial reports and provide analysis and recommendations to management. Support budgeting, forecasting, audits, and ad hoc financial analysis. Partner with operations and accounting teams to improve processes and reporting. Assist with the SAP implementation and other accounting system/process improvements.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 4+ years of accounting experience. Construction/project cost accounting experience required. Strong WIP reporting experience required. Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities. Experience with accounting systems; SAP experience is a strong plus. Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently. $38.50 - $45.50 per hour
