FINANCIAL MANAGER / ACCOUNTANT
Type:
Full Time - Salary Report to: CFO Join our growing business as a Financial Manager/Accountant and drive our current operations throughout the United States & Canada. We are looking for an ambitious and detail-oriented candidate with an accounting background and experience in business financing to collaborate with our senior managers and ensure our continued profitable growth.
Responsibilities:
Manage our monthly financial reporting, annual budget Oversee the accounting department & reconcile general ledger accounts monthly Produce & present monthly financial and reports to management Engage with all departments to obtain information necessary to complete responsibilities Have excellent communication skills, be a strategic and team-oriented leader Keep up to date and ensure compliance for all sales and income tax requirements for US states and Canadian provinces as new laws are implemented Establish pricing structure as new lines are introduced and existing products are updated Travel occasionally out of state and into Canada to visit other company sites Attend occasional trade shows and industry events to become more familiar with our products and competitors
Requirements:
Must be expert in QuickBooks online Bachelor's degree in accounting with 3 to 5 years' experience Strong organizational and analytical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office Familiarity with sales tax regulations in the United States & Canada We offer a compensation package including a competitive salary, flexible work schedule, health insurance, disability & accident insurance.
