Full Job Description Senior Accountant Location:
West Hollywood, CA (Hybrid)
Hourly Pay Rate:
$40.00-$45.00 hourly Our client, a dynamic entertainment company based in West Hollywood, is seeking a Senior Accountant with heavy consolidations experience to support complex financial reporting and close activities across multiple entities. The Senior Accountant will play a key role in the monthly close, financial consolidation, and reporting processes. This role requires strong technical accounting skills, hands-on consolidations experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment typical of the entertainment industry. Key Responsibilities Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including multi-entity consolidations Perform eliminations, intercompany reconciliations, and ownership adjustments Support the monthly close process, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis Assist with technical accounting matters and ensure compliance with US GAAP Collaborate with FP&A, tax, and external auditors during audits and reporting cycles Maintain and improve accounting processes, controls, and documentation Support ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 5+ years of progressive accounting experience Heavy hands-on experience with multi-entity consolidations Strong knowledge of US GAAP Experience working in a complex, multi-company environment Advanced Excel skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines Preferred Qualifications CPA or CPA-track Prior experience in entertainment, media, or a similarly fast-paced industry Experience with ERP systems and consolidation tools
Pay Details:
