Responsibilities:

• Client bookkeeping (including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, rent rolls, journal entry booking, etc.)
• Assist in individual and business tax returns preparation
• Prepare payroll returns, sales and use tax returns, 1099 Forms, etc.

Basic Requirements:

• Over 3 years of accounting experience handling multiple clients
• QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online proficiency a must . Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and Word
• Working knowledge of payroll, rent rolls, sales tax, and other government filings.
• Strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a CPA firm
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
