Support month-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations
Prepare and maintain prepaid schedules, allocations, and recurring accounting entries
Perform balance sheet reconciliations and investigate account variances
Assist with financial reporting and general ledger maintenance
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure proper coding and accounting treatment of transactions
Prepare payroll-related journal entries and support related accounting activities
Respond to internal and external accounting inquiries
Identify opportunities for process improvements and accounting efficiencies Qualifications for the Senior Accountant
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
5–7 years of accounting experience
Strong experience with month-end close and general ledger accounting
Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs
Oracle experience preferred
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
