This position will play a key role in overseeing daily accounting operations, supporting month-end and year-end closing, and improving internal financial processes. The ideal candidate will have strong manufacturing accounting experience and leadership potential to grow into an Accounting Manager role in the future. Essential Duties ​​​​​​​ Manage general accounting functions including GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, and bank reconciliations Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Lead month-end and year-end closing processes accurately and on schedule Perform inventory accounting, cost accounting, and manufacturing variance analysis Analyze production costs and support operational efficiency improvements Ensure compliance with GAAP, company policies, and internal controls Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and headquarters when necessary Assist with ERP system maintenance, implementation, and process improvements Prepare various management reports and financial analyses Mentor junior accounting staff and support team development Participate in cross-functional projects with operations, purchasing, and supply chain teams Support management with strategic financial decision-making Working Hours, Working style 8:30-17:00 Working Location Cypress, CA Salary/Benefit 80K-110K Competitive 401k Employer matching Competitive Health Insurance Plan (Dental, Medical, Vision, etc.) 12 Paid Holidays PTO + 2 week shutdown during Christmas Amazing Leadership Team Flexible work schedule/Hybrid Work Environment And more!
