We are seeking a highly organized Senior Corporate CPA or Accountant to manage our multi-entity framework. If you excel in navigating multi-business structures, holding company allocations, and multi-state compliance, you will thrive in this role. Position Overview Based out of our Braselton, GA office on a hybrid schedule , you will oversee the full-cycle accounting, bookkeeping, and tax compliance across our entire portfolio of corporate-owned businesses. This role requires an independent professional capable of balancing individual subsidiary P&Ls with complex, consolidated holding company financial structures and inter-company transactions.
Key Responsibilities Multi-Entity & Holding Company Structures:
Manage and reconcile the financial layers between the parent holding company and its various corporate-owned subsidiaries and franchise entities .
Financial Reporting:
Standardize, manage, and analyze individual P&L statements and balance sheets for each business entity and location, alongside consolidated corporate financials.
Inter-Company Transactions:
Oversee inter-company transfers, shared service fee allocations, equity structures, and elimination entries.
Franchise Accounting & Fees:
Calculate, track, and reconcile franchise royalties, ad fund contributions, and fee structures across applicable brands.
Tax & Compliance:
Direct and monitor multi-state corporate taxes, sales taxes, franchise taxes, and tax nexus compliance across all corporate entities.
Operations Oversight:
Manage centralized accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and multi-state payroll systems across all active businesses. Qualifications & Experience Active CPA license or Senior Bookkeeper with 5+ years of complex corporate accounting experience. Proven experience within a holding company or multi-business parent corporate environment is strictly required. Solid background in franchise accounting and financial tracking (royalty structures, FDD reporting compliance, and corporate allocations). Strong background in multi-state corporate compliance, nexus, and apportionment . Advanced proficiency in multi-entity accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks Online Advanced, Sage, NetSuite, or unified enterprise resource planning tools). Ability to commute to the Braselton, GA office on designated in-office days.
