Job Description We have partnered with a client looking to hire a Senior Corporate Accountant to join their growing team. This role will support US GAAP accounting and financial reporting for the corporate entities. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented and able to prioritize and plan work activities within time restraints in a dynamic environment. Role is Hybrid 3/2 and salary is $105k-$125k base (DOE) plus bonus/full benefits

Responsibilities:

Process and record complex accounting data received from external parties Manage month-end close process for corporate entities Perform accrual accounting, fixed asset, lease accounting and expense allocations Record and reconcile investment transactions and prepare investment reports Prepare and/or review balance sheet reconciliations, including intercompany reconciliations Ensure compliance with GAAP standards and assist with the implementation of new accounting standards and any necessary controls Provide technical accounting support and expertise to the organization Assist with preparation and dissemination of monthly, quarterly, annual and ad hoc financial report Support tax preparation and financial reporting activities Provide documentation and support to internal and external auditors Collaborate with various departments to ensure business objectives are met

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting CPA License Preferred 5 - 10 years of corporate and technical accounting experience Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) Advance excel proficiency and strong working knowledge of accounting systems Clear and concise communicator Results-oriented Strong financial analytical skills If you meet the required qualifications and are interested in this role, please apply today.
