Senior Accountant $75,000 – $85,000 +

Senior Accountant:
Perform daily, weekly, and monthly benefit liability reconciliations while researching and resolving discrepancies with operations, reimbursement, and IT teams
Lead month-end close activities including journal entries, expense analysis, account reconciliations, and financial reporting support
Identify and implement process improvements, system enhancements, and workflow efficiencies across accounting and operations
Support budgeting initiatives, internal controls, and special projects related to business growth and organizational change
Partner with cross-functional teams to solve operational challenges and improve accounting processes Qualifications for the
Senior Accountant:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
3+ years of accounting experience with strong knowledge of GAAP, account reconciliations, and month-end close processes
