Job Description

Are you a hands-on accounting professional who enjoys wearing multiple hats and making a real impact in a growing organization? We're partnering with a globally connected, innovation-driven company in the industrial/manufacturing space that is expanding its U.S. footprint. This is a unique opportunity to join a small, collaborative team where your expertise will directly influence operations, financial performance, and employee experience. About the Role This is a high-impact Senior Accountant & HR Coordinator position ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment. You'll take ownership of core accounting functions while also supporting key HR and administrative processes—playing a vital role in keeping the business running smoothly. You'll collaborate closely with international stakeholders, local leadership, and external partners, giving you exposure to both strategic and operational aspects of the business. What You'll Do Accounting & Finance Manage full-cycle accounting (AP, AR, general ledger, reconciliations) Lead month-end and year-end close processes Prepare financial reports and support forecasting & cash flow planning Maintain vendor/customer documentation and ensure compliance Analyze variances and resolve discrepancies Accounts Payable & Receivable Process invoices, payments (ACH, wire, checks), and expense reports Reconcile vendor statements and manage aging schedules Generate and issue invoices and monitor collections HR & Operations Support (20-30%) Coordinate onboarding, payroll, and employee documentation with external providers Act as the point of contact for benefits (health, dental, 401k, etc.) Support employee inquiries and maintain confidential HR records Assist with general office operations, IT coordination, and administrative tasks What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience) 4-7 years of accounting experience , ideally in manufacturing or a small business setting Strong knowledge of
U.S. GAAP
