As a Senior Accountant, you will: Prepare and review financial statements in QuickBooks Online Lead monthly financial review meetings with business owners Communicate directly with clients and answer their questions in a timely manner Assist clients with cash flow forecasting, financing applications, and business planning Coach and mentor Intermediate and Junior Accountants on your team Support payroll and HR-related services Coordinate with tax preparers to ensure a smooth tax filing processWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

9.5 paid holidays per year 3- 5 weeks paid vacation per year based on tenure 48 hours of paid personal time per year which can be used for sick days, or doctor appointments (or mental health days!) Core Hours of 9 AM
- 3 PM Monday through Friday Monthly stipend for health, vision, and dental insurance 90% remote working environment
- Other 10% of time for occasional in person training and company development activities in West Fargo, ND area 3.
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
5+ years in accounting required with inclusion of management and client communication responsibilities Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration or Finance required. MBA or MACC given preference A professional certification is preferred (CPA, CMA, EA, MBA, etc.)Language:
