Friday, Hybrid Schedule Location:

Sioux City, IA area ( relocation assistance available ) Direct Hire opportunity with stability and growth

What You'll Do :

Support month-end close, account reconciliations, and financial reporting activities Analyze financial results, investigate variances, and provide insights to leadership Assist with capital project and fixed asset accounting, including reporting and reconciliations Partner with operations and finance teams to improve processes and strengthen controls Support audits, forecasting, budgeting, and special projects as needed

Qualifications & Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Accounting 4+ years of accounting experience, with a strong foundation in general accounting and financial reporting Experience with reconciliations, journal entries, financial analysis, and month-end close Experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred) and advanced Excel skills Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with a collaborative mindset Interest in developing expertise within capital and fixed asset accounting preferred
