This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys a mix of hands-on accounting, financial reporting, process improvement, and cross-functional business support. Reporting to senior finance leadership, this individual will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting month-end close, improving accounting processes, and contributing to the overall financial health of the organization. The position offers strong visibility across the business and opportunities for continued career growth.

Compensation:

Hybrid work environment with a predictable in-office schedule Opportunity to work closely with an experienced finance leadership team Competitive healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage Generous paid time off and company holidays Employer-matched retirement savings program Transportation assistance for commuting employees Collaborative, team-oriented culture with regular employee events and professional development opportunities Exposure to strategic business initiatives and process improvement projects Clear path for increased responsibility and potential people leadership opportunities Key Responsibilities Manage key aspects of the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close process Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules Assist with the preparation of financial statements and management reporting packages Monitor billing activity, revenue recognition, receivables, and cash collections Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis initiatives Partner with internal stakeholders to improve reporting accuracy and operational efficiency Assist with audit requests, compliance requirements, and special projects Maintain strong internal controls and ensure adherence to accounting policies and GAAP Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance system utilization Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff as needed Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 5+ years of progressive accounting experience Strong understanding of general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting Experience managing month-end close processes Proficiency in Excel and accounting software systems CPA designation or CPA-track preferred Prior experience in professional services, consulting, business services, or similar environments is a plus Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and organizational abilities Preferred Background Experience supporting a growing or evolving organization Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and business analysis Previous mentoring, team lead, or supervisory experience Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional seeking broad exposure, strong leadership visibility, and long-term growth within a stable and expanding organization. #LI-BK1 #
