Works as a public accountant (prepares financial documents where public disclosure is required by law, such as business balance sheets and tax returns), management accountant (prepares financial information for internal use by a company) or government accountant (maintains records for government agencies).

Hybrid schedule:
In office Monday–Thursday, WFH Fridays, with additional summer flexibility. Key Responsibilities Lead portions of month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Support FP&A including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow/working capital analysis, variance analysis, financial modeling, KPIs, and management reporting. Manage intercompany accounting across multiple entities, including reconciliations, eliminations, and settlements. Support M&A activity, including financial due diligence, purchase accounting, account mapping, and post-acquisition integration. Partner with operations and leadership to analyze performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability, working capital, and processes. Support ERP implementations, system enhancements, automation, audit/internal controls, and special projects. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting 5–7 years of progressive accounting and finance experience. Strong foundation in general ledger accounting, financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end close. Experience with FP&A, intercompany accounting, and M&A exposure strongly preferred. Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; ERP and multi-entity experience required. Oil & gas, distribution, manufacturing, OCTG, or industrial services experience is a plus. Self-starter with strong analytical skills who can manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally. #LI-PG1 #
