Senior Accounting Assistant Salary:
$20.00 - $27.40 per hour
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00

Core Responsibilities Process high-volume accounts receivable transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of daily activities. Post customer payments, reconcile daily deposits, and match payments to outstanding invoices. Handle customer inquiries and collection-related calls while maintaining positive customer relationships. Process batches that generate accounting transactions and assist with pricing corrections and account maintenance. Manage a designated portfolio of customer accounts and collaborate with team members to balance workload and support departmental objectives. Qualifications Associates degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred; candidates without a degree will also be considered. Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage repetitive, high-volume transactional work.
