Job Description
A growing company is seeking an experienced Senior Accounting Specialist to join its team in a fully remote role. This position offers a unique opportunity to take ownership of key accounting processes while working closely with operations and leadership.
This is not a large corporate accounting environment. We're looking for a hands-on professional who enjoys variety, takes pride in accuracy, and is comfortable managing responsibilities across accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger support, and fleet administration.
Key ResponsibilitiesProcess and manage accounts payable transactionsPrepare customer invoices and support accounts receivable activitiesMonitor collections and resolve billing discrepanciesAssist with general ledger maintenance and account reconciliationsPrepare and post journal entries as neededSupport month-end close activitiesMaintain accounting records and supporting documentationManage fleet-related records, reporting, and administrative processesCoordinate with vendors and internal departments to resolve issues and ensure timely processingIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency and strengthen accounting processesAssist with special projects and other accounting responsibilities as assignedWhy Consider This Opportunity?
