Job Description:
Hiring a Senior Auditor / Senior Accountant Join a growing CPA firm where your expertise is valued, your professional development is supported, and work-life balance is a priority. We are seeking an experienced Senior Auditor / Senior Accountant to lead and manage multiple client engagements while delivering high-quality audit, accounting, tax, and consulting services. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse client base, including Not-for-Profit organizations, Construction companies, and businesses across a variety of industries. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage multiple audit, accounting, tax, and consulting engagements
  • Assist with engagement planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients and build strong professional relationships
  • Research and resolve complex accounting and reporting issues
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop staff members
  • Ensure engagements are completed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with professional standards Qualifications
  • 3+ years of public accounting experience
  • CPA license or active CPA candidate preferred
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, auditing procedures, and accounting standards
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proven leadership, delegation, and staff development experience
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining exceptional client service Education
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent required Preferred Software Experience
