This is a greathigh-impact portfolio accounting role supporting a New England property portfolio in a collaborative, well-regarded culture. The firm is considering candidates with experience with commercial property accounting experience which lines up with their portfolio of shopping centers and other commercial retail properties.

Compensation:

$110,000$125,000 base + a 10-20% target bonus Direct Hire job with a great benefits package

Real Estate Portfolio:

~20 commercialproperties in Massachusetts (within a broader ~60-property New England portfolio) Why This Job is Awesome / Your Impact Newly created role due to growth. We recently successfully hired a Senior Property Accountant and they have another opening. Dynamic real estate portfolio work with visibility across departments (Leasing, Legal, Property Management, Finance). Stable team environment where leadership invests in people and culture. Responsibilities Own day-to-day accounting for an assigned portfolio of properties. HandleGL coding, invoice entry, and routing for approvals. Prepare and posttenant bill-backsin coordination with Property Management. Ensure tenant accounts and vendor payments are coded accurately and kept in good standing. Partner cross-functionally on lease processing, procedures, and lease interpretation questions. SupportCAM/RET reconciliations(annual). Assist with annual budgeting and monthly reporting for the portfolio. Support monthly and year-end close activities. Take on special projects as assigned. Qualifications Needed 35+ yearsof commercial real estate/property accounting experience (the company will not consider accountants without this experience) Bachelors degree in Accounting Very strong Excel / Microsoft Office skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Self-starter who can work independently and take ownership of deliverables.
