Senior Director of Accounting

Senior Director of Accounting $180,000-$225,000 base salary (depending on experience) Greater Phoenix, AZ (hybrid schedule) Vaco has partnered with a real estate company looking for a Senior Director of Accounting to add to the team. This role provides leadership across accounting operations, treasury, and corporate financial activities while partnering closely with executive leadership on development and acquisition initiatives. You'll play a key role in driving financial oversight, supporting strategic growth, and developing a strong accounting and finance team. Oversee general ledger accounting, treasury activities, and financial operations for corporate entities. Requirements:
