full-time We're partnering with a growing real estate development and construction organization seeking a Senior Project Accountant to join its team. This position offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of development, construction, and finance, partnering closely with project teams while taking ownership of key accounting processes throughout the project lifecycle. Overview Prepare monthly construction draws, including subcontractor payment applications and internal billings Prepare owner draw packages, lender disbursement requests, and supporting documentation Monitor draw timelines and funding processes to ensure timely submissions and collections Partner with Development and Project Management teams throughout the life of each project Support the processing and review of project invoices, lien waivers, and related documentation Assist with project accounting, reporting, and special projects as needed Ideal Experience 5+ years of construction and/or real estate development accounting experience Experience with owner draws, lender reporting, and
