I'm recruiting for an established CPA firm in North Dallas, TX. They're hiring a Senior Tax Accountant to work with high net worth individuals and businesses across three very different industries. What could improve for you A genuinely varied client base across oil and gas, healthcare and hospitality The full picture of each client, because the firm also handles their audit, review, accounting and bookkeeping Early involvement in planning conversations, not just compliance Direct contact with clients and with the leadership group Your work is visible, so you'll be noticed when you're ready for more A natural path toward Manager as your client relationships grow What you'll be doing Preparing and reviewing federal and state returns for individuals and businesses Working directly with clients throughout the year to gather information and answer questions Supporting tax planning and projections alongside the compliance work Reviewing work from staff and helping them improve Working with Managers and firm leadership on more complex matters Taking on more ownership of client relationships over time What the firm is looking for Public accounting tax experience across individual and business returns Confidence speaking with clients and owning your part of an engagement A focus on quality, clear communication and following through CPA or EA preferred, or actively working toward one Interest in growing toward a Manager role The details $100,000 to $120,000 Based in North Dallas, TX Start with a conversation You don't need to match every point or have an updated resume before getting in touch.
