PM Benefits:

This position is eligible for Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k). Responsibilities Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations for multiple accounts. Research and resolve reconciling items by tracing transactions to source documentation and operational systems. Maintain detailed support for deposits in transit, outstanding checks, ACH activity, bank fees, and other cash-related items. Assist with daily cash reporting and cash flow forecasting. Monitor cash activity and support treasury-related initiatives. Utilize banking platforms to research transactions and support reconciliation and reporting activities. Prepare and maintain balance sheet account reconciliations, including cash, prepaids, accruals, fixed assets, and other assigned accounts. Investigate account variances, aging reconciling items, and unusual transactions. Recommend and process appropriate corrective actions. Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes. Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, supporting schedules, and close documentation. Ensure assigned close responsibilities are completed accurately and within established deadlines. Maintain general ledger accounts in accordance with U.S. GAAP and company accounting policies. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required. At least three years of hands-on general ledger accounting experience. Experience with bank reconciliations, balance sheet reconciliations, and month-end close required.
