Staff Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join a growing real estate and property management organization in Plymouth, Minnesota. Responsibilities:

• Prepare and post journal entries to support accurate monthly financial reporting across assigned properties or business units.
• Maintain the general ledger by reviewing account activity, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring transactions are recorded correctly.
• Assist with month-end close activities, including reconciliations, variance review, and supporting documentation preparation.
• Track and record property-related financial activity in accordance with established accounting policies and reporting deadlines.
• Partner with internal teams to gather financial information, clarify account details, and support ongoing reporting needs.
• Review financial records for completeness and accuracy, identifying issues early and helping implement timely corrections.
