This opportunity is ideal for a professional who is ready to build on existing accounting skills in a collaborative environment, with exposure to core accounting functions and nonprofit operations.

What You'll Do:

Perform bank, account, and general ledger reconciliations Support accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoice processing and payment application Assist with month-end close, including journal entries and account tie-outs Maintain and update financial records and documentation Investigate and resolve discrepancies and variances Support cash applications and track incoming/outgoing payments Assist with data cleanup and organization of financial records Partner with internal teams to resolve accounting issues Use Excel for reporting, reconciliations, and data analysis

What You Bring:

Experience with account reconciliations and financial recordkeeping Knowledge of AP/AR processes Ability to complete bank reconciliations independently Intermediate Excel skills (formulas, sorting, filtering, reporting) 2+ years of similar accounting experience Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Nice to

Have:

Nonprofit or mission-driven organization experience Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field Experience with Sage, NetSuite, or similar ERP systems
