Staff Accountant Salary:
$65,000 - $85,000 + bonus

Staff Accountant:
Own full-cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable, including vendor invoices, GL coding, approval routing, client invoicing, and collections Record daily transactions, prepare journal entries, reconcile GL and bank accounts, and assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close Support financial statement preparation, compliance reporting, 1099s, audit documentation, and consolidated financial reporting Maintain project budgets, track change orders, perform variance analysis, and assist with capital calls and investor reporting Identify and implement accounting process improvements and automation opportunities, including the use of AI-assisted tools Qualifications for the

Bachelor's degree with a focus in Accounting and a strong understanding of general accounting principles QuickBooks Online experience required, along with proficiency in Excel and other standard business applications Organized, detail-oriented, and personable with the ability to manage multiple priorities; experience with consolidated reporting is a plus #LI-LJ1 #
