Staff Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to support full-cycle accounting and assist with key financial activities in a dynamic, growing organization. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity offering a hybrid work schedule and exposure to both accounting operations and financial reporting.

Staff Accountant Responsibilities:

Support full-cycle accounting, including journal entries, month-end close, and general ledger maintenance Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Assist with financial data analysis to support business decisions Maintain fixed assets and depreciation schedules Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies Support audits by preparing schedules and responding to requests Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, operations, and leadership teams Requirements of the

Staff Accountant:
