Job Description

Staff Accountant Compensation:
$60,000 - $70,000
Location:
Orlando, FL | Onsite Must be based in or within commuting distance of the Greater Orlando area. Hybrid schedule available after successful training and onboarding Manage accounting activities for multiple client portfolios Exposure to fund accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and audits Direct client and external stakeholder interaction Strong mentorship and professional development Excellent benefits including 401(k) match, profit sharing, bonuses, PTO, tuition reimbursement, and student loan assistance Key Responsibilities Prepare monthly financial statements and budget-to-actual reports Perform account reconciliations and financial analysis Manage full-cycle accounts payable , including invoices, approvals, and vendors Support accounts receivable, billing, collections, and reconciliations Assist with month-end and year-end close Prepare audit schedules and coordinate with external auditors Monitor budgets and support ongoing budget management Research accounting discrepancies and maintain internal controls Communicate with clients and external stakeholders on financial matters Support special projects and process improvements Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting required 2-3 years of progressive accounting experience Experience with financial statements, reconciliations, AP, AR, and month-end close Government, fund accounting, professional services, or public accounting experience is a plus Benefits & Growth Hybrid schedule after training Performance-based bonuses 401(k) with employer match and profit sharing Generous PTO and paid holidays Tuition reimbursement and student loan assistance Medical, dental, and vision coverage Mentorship and professional development Long-term career advancement opportunities #
