Corporate AccountantHybrid | Tecumseh, MIDirect Hire OpportunityA well-established global manufacturing organization is partnering with our firm to identify a Corporate Accountant to join their growing finance/ accounting team. This is a high-visibility role supporting corporate accounting, consolidation, and fixed assets within a multi-site, international environment.

Position OverviewReporting to corporate accounting leadership, the Corporate Accountant will play a key role in financial reporting, monthly close, global consolidations, and fixed asset accounting. This individual will partner cross-functionally with operations, engineering, and plant leadership to support accurate financial reporting and capital planning initiatives.
Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and consolidate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for leadership and ownershipMaintain and review financial records in compliance with GAAPSupport month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processesPerform account reconciliations and investigate variancesManage the global fixed asset and capital request processesAssist with financial analysis related to capital investments, including IRR/NPV modelingExecute monthly consolidations and support intercompany accounting activitiesParticipate in forecasting, reforecasting, and annual planning cyclesContribute to internal controls, policies, and process improvementsCollaborate with plant and engineering teams on financial initiativesSupport audits and special projects as needed
