Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to join a well-established accounting office serving both individual and business clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships, working in a collaborative environment, and contributing across multiple areas of accounting and tax services. The successful candidate will work directly with an existing portfolio of clients and play an important role in supporting their accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, and tax needs. While relationship-building is encouraged, there is no expectation for aggressive business development or client recruiting. Hybrid and remote scheduling flexibility will be considered for qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and assist with individual and business tax matters Perform bookkeeping and account reconciliation activities Process payroll and payroll tax reporting Work directly with clients to provide responsive and professional service Support and maintain an existing portfolio of clients Assist with ongoing accounting and financial reporting needs

Qualifications:

Recent experience working within an accounting office environment Experience working directly with clients Strong knowledge of: Individual taxation Business taxation Bookkeeping Payroll processing Payroll taxes Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple client relationships and priorities effectively

Preferred Experience:
