Job Description:

Perform accounting research and review technical accounting memos including the following:

Oversee lease accounting under ASC 842, ensuring accurate lease classification, right-of-use asset accounting, and financial disclosuresStock based compensation plans and modification accounting considerationsEnsuring ASC 606 revenue recognition compliance with policies and proceduresReview certain quarterly and annual disclosures with the company's 10-Q and 10-K filingsReview disclosures to ensure compliance with US GAAP and SEC reporting requirementsReview new accounting pronouncements issued quarterly and assist with implementation as neededProvide accounting support for complex transactions, including derivatives, acquisitions, and revenue recognitionOversee and/or participate in special projects as needed
