What You'll Do As a Staff Accountant, you'll contribute to the accuracy and integrity of our financial operations while supporting key accounting processes: Prepare and maintain general ledger entries with appropriate supporting documentation Perform account reconciliations and research discrepancies Assist with monthly close activities and financial reporting Support quarterly and annual statutory financial statement preparation Contribute to insurance and municipal tax filings Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors Communicate effectively with colleagues, vendors, and stakeholders Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations What You Bring 1-2 years of accounting experience Associate's degree in Accounting required (Bachelor's degree preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills A team-oriented, results-driven mindset Why Join Us?
