Key Responsibilities:

Support the month-end close process, including preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reports Perform property-level accounting for a portfolio of real estate entities Maintain general ledger activity and prepare supporting schedules Collaborate with property management and asset management teams on financial operations Assist with annual audits and tax preparation by compiling required documentation and schedules Contribute to process improvements and perform ad hoc financial analysis

Qualifications:

2-5 years of accounting experience Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Real estate accounting experience preferred; affordable housing experience strongly preferred Solid understanding of general ledger accounting and financial reporting Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment #LI-JS33 #INAPR2026
