This role is pivotal in overseeing the company's financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and providing strategic financial insights. The successful candidate will manage complex accounting functions, lead financial reporting processes, and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. Responsibilities of the Accounting Manager / Senior Accountant Review and sign off on Bank Reconciliations, Fixed Assets Reconciliation, Inventory In-transit Reconciliation, and Received not Vouchered Reconciliation. Assist in the review and close of monthly financial statements. Review and approve freight invoices of the domestic entity. Review and approve daily, weekly and monthly journal entries Assist in development of month end closing process. Work with Cost Accounting on intercompany transfer of inventory transaction processing Works with outside auditors and prepares various analysis of the income statement and balance sheet. Acts as a liaison with banks to ensure compliance and resolve problems concerning our bank accounts or credit card processing. Requirements of the Accounting Manager / Senior Accountant Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent, plus (5) years of related experience Advanced Excel skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Quickbooks or Sage Strong technology skills with ability to import/export data and organize into reports A Plus if you have: Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in accounting roles within manufacturing environments; experience in public accounting Demonstrated expertise in corporate accounting principles such as

GAAP, IFRS, SOX

compliance, and non-profit accounting standards. Proven proficiency with advanced accounting software including Sage, Xero, QuickBooks, or similar platforms; familiarity with financial management tools is essential. Strong knowledge of technical accounting concepts such as double entry bookkeeping, account reconciliation procedures, debits & credits management, and regulatory reporting standards. Experience leading or supervising accounting teams; ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly across diverse audiences. Salary is $80 - 105 k
