Job Description:

Under general supervision, the Accounting Clerk performs routine to moderately complex clerical and accounting tasks supporting financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and process financial transactions including refunds, invoices, deposits, and disbursements Perform account reconciliations, inventory balancing, and journal entry postings Research and resolve discrepancies such as overpayments or misapplied funds Ensure accuracy of financial data through calculations and verification Maintain organized financial records and generate periodic reports Assist with correspondence related to financial transactions and issue refunds as needed Support daily accounting operations and assist team members when required

Required Qualifications:

Associate degree in Accounting/Finance or 2+ years of relevant experience
