full-time Job Overview The Senior Accountant will be responsible for full-cycle accounting, month-end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, and financial analysis. This is a hands-on role focused on process improvement and supporting the business in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Perform month-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and account analysis. Prepare monthly financial statements and analyze variances and business trends. Manage balance sheet, AR, revenue, deferred revenue, and Capex/CIP reconciliations. Support annual internal and external audits and maintain strong financial controls. Partner with business leaders on forecasting, financial analysis, and business cases. Review accounting data and identify opportunities to improve processes, documentation, and automation. Support accounting system implementations and process redesign initiatives. Assist with inventory accounting as needed; inventory experience is a strong plus. Complete ad hoc financial analysis and special projects. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. 3+ years of progressive accounting experience. Full-cycle accounting and month-end close experience required. Public accounting or internal/external audit experience preferred. Strong US GAAP, Excel, and financial systems knowledge. Experience with Workday, NetSuite, or Oracle is a plus. Inventory accounting experience preferred. Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Demonstrated ability to take ownership and drive process improvements.
