Accounting Manager Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to support both Accounts Receivable (AR) and general accounting functions in a growing manufacturing company within the solar energy sector. Mandarin Chinese language skills are preferred to facilitate communication with global teams, customers, and vendors. The ideal candidate brings a strong mix of AR ownership, month-end close experience, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Own full-cycle

Accounts Receivable:

invoicing, cash application, collections, and aging management Manage customer billing, Monitor AR aging and drive collections and reduce past-due balances Reconcile AR subledger to the general ledger and resolve discrepancies Lead/support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements Support cost accounting, including inventory tracking, cycle count, and variance analysis Partner with sales, operations, and supply chain teams Maintain and improve internal controls and accounting processes Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements Prepare ad hoc reports as needed Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field 4-7+ years of accounting experience with a mix of AR and general accounting Mandarin Chinese language skills preferred (not required) Experience in manufacturing, solar, renewable energy, or project-based industries preferred Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) Advanced Excel skills (data analysis, reconciliations, reporting) Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Key Competencies Ownership and accountability Attention to detail and accuracy Cross-functional collaboration Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Continuous improvement mindset

Pay:

$75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
