Duties:

This role supports payables, receivables, and cash management functions through process coordination and technical review and plays a key role in month-end close, financial reporting, audits, and process improvement initiatives. Support the Controller in overseeing daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash activity, and general ledger processes. Lead month-end close, account reconciliations, financial reporting, and audit preparation to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Review transactions, journal entries, and supporting documentation to maintain strong internal controls and compliance with GAAP and company policies.

Requirements:

Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of progressive accounting experience required. Experience providing technical guidance or coordinating accounting workflows preferred. Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Experience with Microsoft Dynamics/Great Plains, preferred Strong intermediate Excel skills (Pivots, LOOKUPs)
