+ Must possess solid communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills.

+ Candidates should possess conceptual knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles.

+ Requires at least one year of relevant experience and a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.

+ Strong technology skills are critical, particularly expertise with Microsoft Excel (preferred experience with pivot tables and VLOOKUP)

+ Prior experience with various of accounting software packages is highly desirable. Project duties are likely to include:

+ Financial statement preparation

+ Month and year-end close

+ General ledger

+ Adjusting journal entries

+ Assisting with client system implementations
