Job Description
- Multiple Bank reconciliations
- Maintain General Ledger Records
- Assist in month and year-end closings to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
- Crosstrain on accounts payable/receivable as back up . Maintain required business documents and personnel files . Assist in obtaining and overseeing building insurance, workers' compensation insurance, and health insurance benefits . Review all expense reports for accuracy
- Undertake any other duties assigned by the Supervisor or CEO to support overall business operations Qualifications
- Accounting or finance degree or equivalent experience
- Proficiency with account reconciliations
- Accounting software (e.g. Sage 100 or Acumatica) preferred
- Ability to make accurate journal entries
- Familiarity with month-end-close procedures .
