full-time The Staff Accountant supports multi-entity accounting environment through accurate general ledger accounting, timely financial reporting, and disciplined account reconciliation. The position serves for assigned third-party properties and entities and owns the related accounting, owner reporting support, work order billing, and administration of all employee credit card programs. The role also supports department-wide month-end close requirements. Essential Responsibilities ? Prepare monthly financial statements, supporting schedules, and assigned owner reporting. ? Perform general ledger accounting, journal entries, bank and balance sheet reconciliations, and month-end close activities. ? Manage bookkeeping and financial reporting for assigned third-party properties and other assigned entities. ? Administer work order billing and related accounting processes. ? Administer all employee credit card programs, including transaction review, coding, documentation, reconciliation, and reporting. ? Support audit, tax, process improvement, and special projects as assigned. Qualifications ? Bachelors degree in Accounting or a related field preferred. ? Three or more years of general ledger accounting and financial statement preparation experience. ? Strong reconciliation, analytical, and month-end close skills. ? Strong Excel skills and the ability to work accurately across multiple entities and recurring deadlines. ? Property management, real estate, or multi-entity accounting experience preferred. ? QuickBooks experience is a significant plus.
