Barnhart is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Intern to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in core accounting functions while working alongside experienced professionals in a collaborative environment.Key Responsibilities:
Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes, including billing and invoice processing Support timesheet entry and general financial data management Maintain organized electronic filing systems and documentation Provide administrative support and assist with ad hoc analysis and special projects Collaborate with team members and provide coverage during absences as required Contribute to maintaining an organized, secure, and efficient work environmentQualifications:
Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or a related field Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Highly organized, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) Effective written and verbal communication skills Why Join Our Team?
