Job Description
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Accounting Analyst to join our growing finance team. This role is critical to supporting strategic decision-making through financial analysis, reporting, and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in accounting principles, along with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerform advanced financial and variance analysis to support business operations and leadership decision-makingPrepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reportsSupport the month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and accrualsDevelop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgeting toolsIdentify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve financial performancePartner cross-functionally with operations, FP&A, and leadership teams to drive strategic initiativesAssist with audit preparation and compliance with internal controls and accounting policiesEvaluate and streamline processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability
