Job Description
Description We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Accounting Analyst to join our growing finance team. This role is critical to supporting strategic decision-making through financial analysis, reporting, and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in accounting principles, along with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights. Key Responsibilities + Perform advanced financial and variance analysis to support business operations and leadership decision-making + Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports + Support the month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals + Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgeting tools + Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve financial performance + Partner cross-functionally with operations, FP& A, and leadership teams to drive strategic initiatives + Assist with audit preparation and compliance with internal controls and accounting policies + Evaluate and streamline processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability Requirements Qualifications + Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree preferred) + 5+ years of progressive accounting or financial analysis experience + Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards + Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, financial modeling) + Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar) + CPA or CPA-track strongly preferred + Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
