We are a Business Management firm that manages finances for professional athletes, musicians, film +tv professionals, and other high-profile clients in the entertainment space. We are looking for a qualified and enthusiastic individual to fill the position of Associate in ourNASHVILLE
office.Requirements:
Strong grasp of Accounting principles- College Graduate with an Accounting / Finance degree preferred. 1-2 years' experience, Accounting in an office environment
- Business Management experience with entertainment/ music/ high net worth clients preferred.
Responsibilities include:
Bookkeeping- accounts payable, accounts receivable, transfers, reconciling accounts / credit cards, and journal entries. Banking
- learning our banking system and taking charge of making payments timely, getting approvals, and saving down correct corresponding support. Filing paperwork to open new accounts. Administrative tasks
- answering phones, emails, making copies and scanning documents in proper client folders.
