Perform centralized accounting and full-cycle month end close process for assigned corporate departments Perform balance sheet reconciliations, accrual accounting, and variance analysis Support IT project accounting working alongside IT leaders. Ensures that invoices related to company assets are assigned the correct general ledger accounts and departmental cost centers in the accounting system. Communicate and work with operational personnel, as well as all levels of corporate management Assist management to ensure proper controls and SOX compliance requirements are met Support audit requests Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements Perform assigned ad hoc accounting projects
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited college or university or equivalent education and experience In lieu of undergraduate degree, the ratio is 1:1 meaning one year of college equals one year of work experience and vice versa CPA would be a plus Customarily has at least three or more years of experience in full cycle month end close process, account reconciliation and variance analysis Experience with multi-location and multi-legal entity accounting Experience in a challenging, complex financial reporting environment Oracle or other ERP experience If you're looking for an organization that cares for your growth and well-being as much it does its patients, consider Concentra.
